Ideal for Tacoma 3.4L V6 1st Gen and 3rd Gen 4Runner. The 5VZ-FE engine requires dual electrode spark plugs. The originals are copper and should be changed every 30,000 miles. Laser Platinum should last at least twice as long. The less I have to remove the intake manifold, the better! I will say the spark plugs were not properly adjusted when received. Make sure the gap between each electrode is 0.043 inch. I was all over 0.035 inches. NGK says they are matched to .044". The car runs very quietly and responds very well to these plugs.
