Review on DonorHub by Jason Paredes

I like how easy it was to set up my account with Donor Hub! The customer support has been fantastic too! It really makes our job so much easier when we can check all donor info at once rather than pulling through each one separately. There are some things that would be nice if there were more options available in terms of customization (e.g., ability to add additional fields). We've started using this software about 2 months ago now and thus far no complaints. However, since we're new users, we haven't had any issues yet! Setting up accounts for multiple people is extremely helpful because you don't need to reenter data every time someone updates something. Also very important to know what date range will show up on reports - otherwise it shows last year instead of current year.
