Review on 🐦 K&H Pet Products Snuggle-Up Bird Warmer 12V: Optimal Comfort for Exotic Pet Birds by Sam Goff

I have 2 cockatiels and live in a northern state where winter nights can sometimes fall below freezing. I was interested in these heaters because I needed a way to ensure they were warm enough at night since my bedroom (where their night cage is located) is not very warm. PROS: Unboxing was easy and straightforward. I like the length of the cable and the fact that the first few feet of it are taped for added protection. I installed it in her large flight cage for now just to get her used to it. My female cockatiel snuggled up to her comfortably :) She exudes warmth, is warm to the touch but never hot. Easy to install the cage and it stays in it securely. Cons: The only downside for me is that it doesn't have a switch (that I can find) to turn the heater off without unplugging it from the wall. I have free roaming bunnies that like to gnaw cords so I have to have little fences around my cords and disconnect them from the wall every morning - it's a big pain for me. I love everything else about the product so I just buy an extension cord to plug it in and the problem is solved.
