Nice to have on hand just in case
These are medium quality pliers in a handy size. They're hinged so you can't operate them with one hand and open your jaws wide, but you don't usually have to. In fact, they don't open all the way - after about 30 degrees they get a little stiff; After that they still open but as if they are not well made to make it easy. I used them to adjust the bracket behind my stove so I didn't have to pull the oven out all the way and reach for an outlet jig in a channel that had to be squeezed to get out. I don't know when I'll need it again, but I'm glad I have it.
