I like that you can chat with customers who are not online or in your office at any given time to ask questions about products or services offered by my business - it's very helpful! It also helps keep track of how many times people have viewed our website / product pages which allows us to see what we need improve upon going forward (website design). For me personally, this was an awesome tool when starting out because there were no costs associated with using it other than paying $5 per month if they wanted additional licenses added onto their account. A lot less expensive compared to having someone physically come into work everyday so long as all parties involved know eachother well enough from prior interactions outside working hours/days where possible. The integration was very easy and it worked flawlessly. It was also so easy to customize the messages I wanted to send by just changing the text in my chat window, which I find extremely convenient. There's nothing that I dislike about this product. It works great and has helped us with our customer support issues. We are solving many of our problems related to customer support through this software.
