Don't do this if you don't want the check engine light to come on.

When I received them for the first time, I was very happy. The truck (a 2002 Ford F150 Supercrew) ran smoothly and felt a little springier. Then my check engine light came on. Both banks get rich. I replaced an intake manifold and thought now would be a good time to replace a few other parts. So I wasn't sure if I did something wrong. Well after several attempts to fix the problem I finally went to a mechanic. As there are several things that could be a problem. He checked everything and the only answer was injectors. He ended up paying almost $500 to NAPA for new injectors (dealer has over $1000). Contact the dealer for your vehicle. If that sounds too good to be true, then it probably is. Just take them to a professional for cleaning and save yourself a headache.
