I bought three of these items. One broke right out of the box. The failed device was not sending internet to another device even though it received a strong signal. This allows devices to connect to it, but they cannot access the internet. I've hard rebooted the failing device at least 6 times and gone through the setup with notes on how exactly I set up the other two working devices, but still couldn't stream the internet. It's not real MESH, it can't be because it shouldn't be. Because MESH is based on a MESH router and MESH extenders working together to process and forward traffic. MESH systems can only work with MESH router compatible devices and a MESH router is required. This device works with any router and will wait for signal loss on the user's device before accepting it from that device. This coarse transmission of network traffic leads to internet loss until the user's device is fully connected to this extender. This is important to note, especially for business users.
