It provides all basic functions one needs while working from home like tracking leads/opportunities, creating reports etc. I have not found anything negative yet which would be worth mentioning at least so far as my experience goes. It's not perfect - sometimes you have to dig through some of the reports- but overall this has been very helpful. The customer service team at DFS are super friendly and always willing to help out when there isn't an immediate answer available online or via email. We've found ourselves using their insights more than any others (beyond what was already provided by our own internal research).
