Review on TIS by Michael Morgan

The way that our project timeline was managed really helped us move through it all quickly. It's just such an effective tool! I think we could have used more detail within each stage of development for specific tasks or milestones along with what tools were required (which can be costly). We didn't realize how much time would go into designing some features until after they had been put in place by another team member who wasn't as familiar w/the software yet. That became very confusing at times while also adding additional cost when needed help from others outside the group came later than expected due too this problem. Tracking timelines & status made everything come together so well - which saved tons o work overall compared to if things hadn’t moved forward at exactly the right pace.
