When I first used it I was excited to review it but refrained from doing so because you can't judge the future of a marriage by how the honeymoon goes. So I waited. I've charred meat over high heat, made sauces, stirred and scraped with metal spoons. I forgot the chili for too long so it burned to the core (I would clean it with steel wool but the burn tears instantly so it wasn't necessary). I washed them in the dishwasher. I've had them for a few weeks now, I try to use them every day and they still look the same as the first time. No warping, no dangling handles, no scratches, no stains. Struggling with a critique, I can say so because the non-stick property is so great that you can't like it on these pans, as can Teflon. So if you plan on making sauce for the pan, stick with steel and use it for literally everything else. If you don't know what I mean these pans are for you. They are seriously worth their price. At the risk of giving the sellers ideas, I'd say they cost twice as much as they're asking. These are the best pans I have ever spent so much money on. I am very prone to regretful buyers and have no regrets. The photos above were taken after several cycles of use and washing in the dishwasher.
