I failed with Hardcover Garlic

The product itself was good quality but I was incredibly disappointed that it didn't peel my pointed garlic. The outer paper wrapper came off, but hard garlic has a thicker inner wrapper that doesn't touch this device. I haven't said in general that it won't work on hardnecks because I only grow music, so I don't have data showing it won't work on other hardneck strains and I don't have enough experience. to find out if Music's thick inner husk is a characteristic of all hard-headed garlic. I also don't know if the time interval between harvesting and hulling affects the ease of hulling; I cleaned my four months after harvest. If anyone needs advice, since hardnecks don't last as long as hardnecks (which you find in stores), I break the cloves with a knife to make them easier to peel, and then grind the cloves in bulk in a food processor along with them Salt. After that I use a small cookie scoop and place them on a baking sheet, freeze them and then fill the balls into freezer jars. Then when I cook, I just pop as many balloons as I want - it's that simple! If you're wondering why I don't store them in oil, it's because there is a high risk of contracting pathogens that can be present on garlic, which easily grows in an anaerobic oil environment (government extensions have good information for consumer on such a thing). It is difficult to replicate the conditions under which commercial manufacturers safely package garlic in oil.
