Accurate dimensions, easy to install, but only one outlet worked

As the headline said, everything fit where I wanted it to and I have no complaints about that.
Both USB plugs work fine! Unfortunately, one of the two 120v receptacles doesn't make good contact with plugs and is unusable. If and when I replace it I plan to take it apart and see why.
