Excellent Product. Smaller but perfect to place the net on the bike rack. I have an Ibera PakRak, IB-RA5, and I have a set of one piece panniers on this rack (Ibera IB-BA16). Connective tissue covers my rack so I can't put a rack on it. This mesh fits perfectly over the top of the bike rack and connects the front and back so I can put things under the mesh on top of the rack and they are totally secure. I usually put my shoes in there to use after my commute, but they could probably get some more padding underneath. Some reviewers also note that the hooks don't inspire confidence. I have really hard plastic which doesn't worry me but it would be easy to substitute some steel S hooks from the local hardware store and fix the problem. What is special about this product is that its small meshes are perfect for a bike rack.
