Review on Medtrans by Mike Hernandez

I like that they are able to do voice recognition for me if my computer is not working properly! Sometimes it takes them awhile when uploading documents so be patient with this process; sometimes there's an issue in their end but other times we just have issues at mine (like internet). If all else fails call customer service-they're always willing/able too work around any obstacle!! They'll get back right away as well. My doctor sends us his notes via email which then gets uploaded onto medtans website by another employee named "Ashley". She does wonderful job taking down everything from her phone calls & emails sent out during office visits etc., she also has great communication skills along wth excellent organizational abilities - very trustworthy person who will listen openly about anything going through mind regarding treatment plans / procedures being discussed between Drs./Patient - no judgement allowed here :).
