Review on SRAM X 4 8 Speed Trigger Set by John Miranda

Item was supposed to ship in about a week but ended up taking over two weeks to arrive. When it arrived it only shifted from eighth to first and then first to third, that was the best I could do and after that it wouldn't shift and it was a waste of time and money. There was nothing in the box to tell me who to call or how to contact the seller and this item was a waste from a terrible seller. I had it set up to ship back to Sram for warranty and had to send it to an authorized seller. I took the switch apart and was able to fix the alignment and it still works fine.
