I really like that you can set up different services (concerts) in one place! This includes all the information about the date/time, location/address, program content, etc. You also have access to an online calendar where you can add your own events. It's very easy to use, but sometimes it takes me awhile when trying to find something new or familiar. For example, finding new songs has been difficult because there are so many options. Sometimes searching doesn't turn anything up at first either. When this happens I've had to click around until I come across what I'm looking for, which isn't always quick. If you want to be able to share everything from concert times to song lists with other team members easily, then using this tool will help accomplish that goal. Also helpful if you need to quickly update someone else on the current status of their event. Being able to see multiple events.
