I purchased this model in April 2022, before buying I read that the scroll dies with this model over time, but I thought that a lot of time had passed after the release of the mouse and they were able to fix this bug. Failed. August 2022, the gradual death of the scroll begins, so far not so critical and noticeable, but sometimes scrolling down the mouse a couple of times will return you higher up the page in the browser, for example, or independently change weapons in a game where there is a change of weapons to the wheel. So far, I have not contacted support and a guarantee, since the problem has just begun to manifest itself and I don’t want to suffer now with the SC. Another strange observation - I tried to go to the logitech support site - it does not allow me to log into the account to which I registered this mouse, password recovery does not work, it says that the account was not found, although I registered the mouse the next day after the purchase, having created an account on the site for the first time logitech, I don’t want to register again, otherwise I will be denied service for “Re-registering a product” as one of the commentators above. In general, it would be a great mouse if it weren’t for this very “But” with a wheel, I can’t recommend buying it, I hope that future mice from “logi” will turn out better than this one. Although there was no bug with the wheel, the mouse is beautiful, excellent, for me, the shape, positioning of the mouse, and not a single breakdown in 4 months of use. It is a pity that in 2-3 months the scroll will become very bad and I will carry the mouse to the SC.
