Upgraded by one star. After using this lock for a few weeks it wouldn't open for us anymore, we had two fingerprints set up and both stopped working after a few tries. It finally opened just before I was about to grab the bolt cutters. This lock is for a gun case, and we would never trust it. Returns Original Review: I had a misunderstanding when ordering this item as I thought it was for a pair of locks and this seller was very responsive. Very good communication. The lock is of the quality I expected and works great for my purposes.
