I used this for running a few times and it hurt my ankles and feet pretty bad. Did the same when I went hiking. You get what you pay for I guess. If you want a cheap pair of sneakers then this is fine, but if you want something that will support you that you can use for a lot of things do yourself a favor and invest in a better pair of sneakers
