Everything was easy to set up and calibrate but when I tried to measure my pH it fell into the 2.3 range which was clearly wrong. Got tested the same water with another meter and it was 6.3, tried recalibrating the pH side and it never went above 4.5 so I understand the pH sensor is faulty, broken and I didn't notice that I contacted the support and they offered to charge the device fully which didn't work .Then they said to try another sensor to check if the device is not bad, the problem is not with the device , since both the temp and EC/PPM sides are working fine! How can I test another pH sensor? So they didn't send an extra one It won't work I feel like I wasted $80 e and now my plants probably won't survive because my other pH meter stopped working bot.
