Review on Autoparts Contactor Solenoid Replacement MZJ 400A by Dan Brickley

I hooked this solenoid up to my golf cart and made sure it was right because when I unplugged the old one I hooked it up to the new one before moving on. Well when I was done I turned the key and pushed the gas and nothing happened, I let go and pushed again and the little fuse on top blew and the whole top caught fire. I messed up and got angry. Rather than wasting my time removing it entirely and sending it back I took an old diode with a fuse off the old one and hooked it up and it worked. So if the fuse is so badly made from cheap Chinese parts, it's only a matter of time before the magnetic coil breaks too. Then I pay a little more for better quality.
