I installed the extension cord as instructed. Followed all instructions. Nighthawk app login failed. Can't find clear instructions anywhere. Forgot password didn't help. I called support. The Indian technician didn't know what to do at all. Tried to submit items and also told myself the device is 15 months old so it won't work. I tried to explain that I couldn't log into the app but he couldn't help it and hung up. Thanks for wasting $50 and 2 hours of my life. Update: After the guy hung up, I checked the app again. The forgot password button literally doesn't work. I called back and the Indian representative closed my ticket. An automated voice informed me that my technical support had expired and I would need to purchase a subscription for more support. Like I said, I've never experienced anything like this in my life. Wow. Just. Wow.
