Review on 🧹 Convenient Shop Vac 90686 2 5 Inch Hose Coupling for Enhanced Cleaning Performance by Allen Hart

I purchased one of these connectors in early September 2020. 2 Connect hoses correctly. As another reviewer mentioned, a slightly longer length would likely offer a snugger fit and work properly. For me the plug works pretty well and only broke once while cleaning. I tried pulling the power supply by the hose. While the unit's suction power is generally sufficient to keep the hose from becoming detached during cleaning, I have kept the hose disconnected during storage as the weight of the hose is sufficient to pull the end of the hose out of the connector. I haven't done this yet, but I'll probably wrap a wrap or two of duct tape (duct tape works too) around the end of the tubing. That extra "bump" in the tubing diameter should help.
