It's very easy to use, it has all my favorite features like reports & graphs and also I have set up many rules which helps me in automating things. Also they are really quick at responding to queries / support tickets. Sometimes there could be some minor bugs with the UI but nothing major so far. They should make more templates available as well. Try them out if you're looking into something similar - they've got everything that one can think of! Automation, Reporting, Customer Management, Alerting etc.
