You don't need a lot of training once you have an account set up. There are so many features in PawLoyalty. We love using it as a way to keep our clients happy and satisfied. Easy to use! I love how easy it was to set up my account, create profiles & integrate with our website so that we can send out newsletters automatically through their system. It's not as user friendly if you aren't familiar w/ computers or don't have access to technical assistance. Our team has been very supportive of us thoughout this process - they really are amazing people who want what's best for everyone involved in getting clients into rehab facilities. The most helpful thing about pawloyalty prosoftware was that I could track my customer information at one place - it saves time & effort of tracking each client separately in multiple spreadsheets-it also helped me to increase revenue as well so i felt like it worth paying monthly fees for such an useful tool. It's very easy to use, it has all my favorite features like reports & graphs and also I have set up many rules which helps me in automating things. Also they are really quick at responding to queries / support tickets. Sometimes there could be some minor bugs with the UI but nothing major so far.
