Convenient tool and service that is used often
The platform has been great for me at my job as I have access via phone or computer from home! It’s easy enough for anyone who knows how computers work but not too technical if someone doesn't know what they're doing. There isn't much of an interface when it comes to scheduling which can be difficult sometimes depending on your schedule. Sometimes there aren't many options available in terms of choosing days off or hours worked. But overall this system works well for everyone involved with seeing their clients remotely without having them come into office space each day.
Pros
- How user friendly everything is, especially compared other platforms out that such ease of use makes things run quite smoothly all around so far.I've used another software before where you were required more steps than necessary just simply log onto Skype then do something else..this was definitely easier by comparison..also helpful are those prompts along side screen captures because otherwise i would forget certain points within our session due time constraints...very convenient!! Very beneficial tool indeed!!!
