Review on 🍽️ Ozeri Ultra Thin Stainless Steel Digital Kitchen Food Scale - Elevating Your Culinary Experience with Professional Precision by Crystal Mack

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I cover mine nicely with an inverted toaster tray.

After years of back problems, I used a small spring scale at eye level on a tall oatmeal cylinder. This Ozeri kitchen scale has large digital readings and sits flat on the counter making measuring my food so much easier. use. I cover mine nicely with an inverted toaster tray. It doesn't have a reset if it fails, but I tested accuracy with 1-pound bags of lenses and a 5-pound fitness kettlebell. . Press right button to turn on, it will remember your last "used units", otherwise press left button and different units; Grams, ounces, pounds, and ounces, etc. are sequentially displayed on the digital display. I use a small freezer plate/bowl to hold whatever I'm weighing, flour or frozen food. I place an empty tray on the scale and when the scale stabilizes, I press the right button once and the tare weight is zeroed on the digital display. Then add your stuff. And when you put everything away to empty the tray, it remembers your "tare" weight when you put it back in to weigh the next batch (love it). To save battery power, press and hold the right button for 2 seconds and the display will turn off. Again, it's probably a good idea not to overcharge it between uses, meaning care must be taken to ensure the Ozeri's longevity. In addition, I am very satisfied with the functionality and ease of use that I have brought to my culinary work.
