I bought the unit and the heater didn't work. I was told to order a new one and they let me send the broken one back and get my money back. I ordered a new one which came with the glass broken. I was told that I could take the glass from a block and use it to replace the broken glass to make a fully functional block. Then I just have to return one and it's my return. The problem is this company wants me to pay for return shipping and is trying to give me another new device for $20 off. I spent a whole week trying to fix this and they don't budge and give me a prepaid tag to return it. It is very heavy and will probably cost a lot. Be careful before you buy from these people!
