Safely stops rust stains

For use with my "raw" (non-softened) well water that feeds my lawn watering system and outdoor hose bibs. Without polyphosphates, I get bad rust stains anywhere water dries (like my concrete driveway, house siding, even brick), but it doesn't stain. I dilute to about 176,000:1, which is just over 200,000:1 as the label says. We have quite a bit of iron in our water and I want to add some extra concentrate to prevent staining.
