Unfortunately there are no boba facilities within an hour's drive, but I love using boba straws for cocktails and coffee blends. The extra wide opening actually makes smoothies and coffee taste better because I can feel more of the drink with every sip. The extra width also reduces the chance of small pieces of ice or frozen fruit getting stuck, which happens with a narrower straw. I like the bright colors of the straws. If there are several people in the house, everyone can have their own color. Strong plastic straws, very durable and designed for long-term use. The straws are dishwasher safe, but it's obviously difficult to clean the inside of a long straw in the dishwasher, so there are two more cleaning brushes. The cleaning brushes are flexible and fit snugly around the straw so you know the bristles are touching the inside of the straw.
