Open and close doors but do not lock
This is a door handle. He opens my doors and keeps them closed. It fits other handles I've installed on other doors and it fits where construction level handles used to be. Better still, my old handles were rattling and noisy, but these are much stronger and quieter, which is good for the high-traffic basement doors my kids use (who obviously don't understand how to turn the handle when closing the door and then let it out - I tried very hard). The same applies to the next closet door. One afternoon I was able to install it in a few hours, no problem. Hooray!
