I finally used this sausage filler. MY GOD! It was a lot easier than my chopper/sausage attachment. Which took me over 30 minutes to stuff 5 pounds of meat in just 5 minutes! It was so easy. This fountain pen is very well made. It's easy to set up and use. I liked it so much I couldn't rate it any lower when I realized it barely weighed 5 pounds. It's definitely just a 5 pound bulker. So if you are making large batches you will need to stop in the middle and refill the canister or opt for a larger filler. With this horizontal syringe there is very little waste (meat that does not go into the intestines). I can still highly recommend this pen. I can only imagine that other sizes from this manufacturer are of the same quality.
