I needed a clean 10 diameter hole in plywood, saw this product and decided to give it a try. This is heavy equipment. Two things to watch out for: 1. Make sure you are using a heavy duty drill bit. and 2. be very careful! This saw is heavy and generates a lot of momentum as soon as you start drilling. Make sure you have a firm grip on the drill when you begin. I used my RIDGID drill bit r841151 which was quite powerful but I nearly sprained my wrist shooting with it. No kidding - be careful with this hole saw. It will cope with its task, but it is a heavy and durable mechanism!
