It would be better than zero stars. I'm in Italy and have all sorts of large transformers and a few smaller ones, but I don't have any low power transformers with a 2-plug option. I bought this very excitedly to use on some craft projects. I excitedly hooked up my devices (each device draws 4 watts, 8 watts total) and it worked! Hooray! I quickly turned it off and left to do something else. A few minutes later I heard a strong pop and went to this transformer (which was plugged in but the button was off), pushed the button to the on position and saw a bright spark. I quickly turned it off and unplugged it. Thinking it might be the reflection I was seeing, I took it to a different outlet and tried again. Nothing. Nada. That does not work. I used this for a total of about 45 seconds before it broke on me. I will request a refund but save yourself the trouble and DO NOT buy this junk.
