A great option for this money, I definitely recommend it!

Personal experience says that any review about tires should not be extended to other car brands - the behavioral features of a particular car model can greatly change the impression of normal operation, both for the better and for the better. So first about the car - Skoda Octavia A7 1.4 150 hp. on the handle. Perhaps the most interesting thing you pay attention to in this model is its noise. There is noise, but from the inside of the car the tire is not perceived at all as studded (the clatter of studs is heard only when the window is open). By the nature of the noise, it rather corresponds to a summer tire that is not the noisiest - for comparison, my summer Nokia Hakkapeliitta Blue is so noisier that the difference is perfectly audible after changing shoes both in plus (set summer) and minus (winter). Perhaps the main thing in the character that you pay attention to is the uniformity of behavior on the main surfaces and therefore its excellent predictability of behavior in any conditions. Even when crossing snow parapets between traffic lanes, the car does not require steering correction, maintaining the originally set trajectory. The balance here is just perfect. The only comments that appeared on the tire for 2 seasons are: - excessive softness for the track (the car floats), but here you need to bear in mind that I drive at the pressure recommended for urban use and it’s worth raising it for the track. - does not like deep dense snow, in which she noticeably gets stuck and feels insecure. This means that in the spring there is a chance to get stuck in the snow porridge, when the rolling in the yard begins to melt. PS the first rubber that after two seasons has not lost a single stud, usually after the first one I miss a few pieces on the drive wheels.

Pros
  • - Low and unobtrusive car noise - on my car they are quieter than the summer Nokia Hakkapeliitta Blue. - the clatter of thorns can only be heard if you open the window - understandable and smooth behavior in most situations - the behavior of the car is perfectly predictable on any winter surface. - Grip on most types of surfaces - 2 seasons, and all the spikes are in place
Cons
  • - behavior on snow changes depending on the mileage per trip and, accordingly, the degree of heating of the tread rubber - feels insecure in deep and heavy snow, when in spring the snow roll turns into porridge, it gets stuck in it.
