I took it to be a manufacturer-guaranteed protection against water and dust in accordance with the IP68 standard (fishing, hunting), and as a consequence, I stopped charging (although in reality, I didn't urinate, and I never drowned myself). Took it in under the warranty, but they refused to replace it because the power connector had corrosion. And as of right now, this item has been removed from the website www.Samsung.com, which stated that there is protection in accordance with the IP68 standard (And on some websites you may still find that there is protection, for example:. shtml). Absolutely, this circumstance does not in any way paint Samsung as a reputable company, and it appears to be a scam in its most basic form. After going through everything that I had with the SC and learning the inaccurate information about the Samsung brand, I have decided that I will not purchase this smartphone. Add and buy an iPhone 10 or 11 (not advertising), because it has already been proved that the iPhone 7 works with protection (laid in a puddle for around 30 minutes), and has been doing so for more than a year without receiving any complaints.
