Very good frying pans. I was impressed with the packaging they arrived in. This is a heavy pan. Flush rivets are very good as they prevent food from getting stuck while cooking or make cleaning difficult. These cook well. They heat up quickly and the pans ensure even heat. I haven't had any problems with hotspots when cooking. They're also pretty easy to clean. I was surprised at how well the pan handles scrambled eggs. I had some issues with them ending up sticky, but I was impressed with how well they did, especially since the pans are non-stick. While such chefs love quality dishes. I was surprised how wide the pot and pan were, but it's really handy for cooking. In addition, the pan can cover the stove while cooking (unfortunately I'm tired of an electric stove now). I cook all the time and I have a bad attitude towards cookware, but so far, judging by its characteristics, I think that with proper care it will last a long time. I also thought they were well balanced so you couldn't hit and knock them over.
