Original McCoy at 315MHz - Fits Liftmaster 312HM Universal Coax Receiver

A couple (my friends) have lost or lost their remote and going home to the market it's so nice to Got the device The sliding gate opening worked after figuring out how to connect the console to a previously installed Liftmaster coaxial antenna receiver (as listed, model #312HM @ 315MHz frequency). I had to open the tube (again thanks to information I found online) and by pressing the black "learn" button and then the remote control, voila, the gate moved again! put a smile on the couple's faces. In short, it took me a lot longer to research, reprogram and get the whole thing (it's an Apollo 7000ETL gate controller with a Liftmaster receiver) working again than it should have been if I was an expert or knew from the start. that it was just a 12v battery that failed because it wasn't charging due to a tripped circuit breaker and stayed that way for years (I removed the GFCI socket in the unit, replaced it with a normal one and now it's only so GFCI breaker is protected, two GFCI devices on a dedicated circuit could trip the breaker many times in the past, as an electrician I believe, but we'll see what happens when we get a new battery - my dead car battery did the trick off to troubleshoot - and resume normal operation). The board works great! We're hoping the "Lithium Manganese Dioxide" battery inside will last a while - maybe I'll just stop by and check with the new owner of the house in a year or less.
