The main thing is that we are able to check our maintenance reports online without having an office in front of us! That's great for my parents who can't be there during their business hours but still need help with keeping up-to date records about repairs done or pending fixes as well as tracking parts inventory.

I don’t think it could get much better than this system already does what its supposed do really good so far no complaints here just keep adding more functions like sending out reminders etc! Great product if used right would recommend getting 2 licenses one personal license & 1 corporate (or use by multiple employees) they both work fine together when needed which was nice since each user had different passwords / logins - very easy setup process using standard Word templates provided along side purchase order form/billings template included too makes things even easier especially considering how many people will endup working within same department/company i guess :). Having software solution where everyone involved could.
