So the materials are pretty skimpy but for what it's for it's ok. Stainless steel, easy to clean and useful. However, when we store lard, we want it to last as long as possible, right? This thing isn't even remotely airtight. There is a fairly large gap between the strainer and the container and another gap, albeit a little smaller, between the strainer and the lid. If I had saved the box before realizing I couldn't use it for its intended purpose I would have returned it in no time. I do not recommend this. Also, it's twice the amount of what you'd probably want to keep in your fridge, but that's exactly what the title and description say and I just missed it. 2 stars for the design - it's really good, just very poorly designed.
