The device died after 2 months
I bought this device 2 months ago. There was a power outage in my entire neighborhood last night. Power was restored after 4 hours. This device has failed, the LEDs are off, there is no power. I have tried many times to contact support but I have not been able to contact anyone. I'll call support again tomorrow and hope for luck.
