The tank worked fine after spending a lot of time screwing all the fittings into the tank. What was the problem? The tank is painted black. During manufacture, the paint also went into the threads of each hole! Each fitting had to be screwed into the tank piece by piece until the brass thread severed the paint. Tighten a little, loosen, tighten a little, loosen, repeat the process SEVERAL times for each fitting! And the worst part was mounting the exhaust valve. Under the bracket! With all the loosening to clean the threads under the bracket, I broke the "relief valve handle". I ended up plugging that hole in the tank. I actually sealed all the threads with lots of thread tape, but the whole process would have been eliminated if the manufacturer had put plastic plugs in the holes BEFORE painting, if only because of the paint on the threads.
