Need instructions

I needed instructions and didn't have any. I looked at a similar product "Hopkins 10801 Flo Tool" which told me three things: (a) put the copper end in the transfer fluid, (b) wiggle the copper end up and down, and (c) if that doesn't work , wiggle the copper end in hot, soapy water for a while to remove the grease left after making it. With all the success!
