Good cheap way to sharpen tungsten electrodes

I fitted this to my 3 inch stand grinder and it is great for sharpening tungsten for TIG welding. It's pretty durable even without a backing, but don't overdo it. Press on it when sharpening the electrodes. It can bend and twist a bit. Also great for cutting tungsten. Always wear safety goggles.
