Don't let the price fool you.

If you just want to keep your $3,000 wheels for race day or if you can't afford $3,000 wheels for race days, give these a try. I bought these training wheels for my TT bike. Boy did I get a lot more than I expected. The wheel is everything you would expect from a high-end wheelset. They're stiff, rev up quickly and are fairly forgiving on rough roads as long as you don't pump up the tires. Also, the zip makes a really cool, obnoxious noise when you accelerate. When it comes to braking, they are superior to the Zipps. What surprised me the most about the bikes is how quickly they enter corners. The first corner I took shocked me. I'm used to my Guru 901.cr slapping around corners like a bucket of water. These wheels turned well and controlled. The demolition of the front end is gone.
