Review on Oven Rack Guards Touch Extra by Brittany Williams

Revainrating 4 out of 5

No more burns in the kitchen and dining room

With this you avoid burns when you reach between the oven grates. However, they could use an improvement. It would be nice if they were dark, gray or black as I can see they get dirty soon and give the oven a less clean look. Although they can be washed, some stains, such as B. blueberry pie drops, not removed. They don't cover the entire length of a standard shelf, but most of it. We probably don't need to touch the outside edges of the hot grate. So far the length has been fine for me. After a nasty fire over the holidays when I was baking a lot, I decided to add something to the edges of the grate to protect myself and it helped. The latches are positioned to fit different rack types. To get a good, straight fit with no wrinkles, you need to place your first bar correctly. I had to adjust mine a few times but ended up with a nice smooth and snug fit. I've baked food at temperatures up to 450, which the guards have had no problem with. I recommend adding them before you get a bad burn like I did.
