The platform allows for easy integration of customer data (eg. email, phone number) from multiple vendors - allowing seamless workflow between the different parties involved! Would be nice if it were possible to export/exchange data between customers in the same client account. As well as being able to use this tool across clients - would also be useful if we could easily have a single dashboard for each client. We're using the platform to help us manage our call centre, so we've been able to integrate seamlessly across our other products. I like the ease of use and how it is very customizable. I also like that it is easy to add multiple appointments and clients. I dislike that it is very difficult to export information to other programs. I wish it was more user friendly. I am solving the problem of scheduling appointments and being able to easily access information.
