Great Platform with excellent features

The platform allows for easy integration of customer data (eg. email, phone number) from multiple vendors - allowing seamless workflow between the different parties involved! Would be nice if it were possible to export/exchange data between customers in the same client account. As well as being able to use this tool across clients - would also be useful if we could easily have a single dashboard for each client. We're using the platform to help us manage our call centre, so we've been able to…
