Review on 🔧 Enhance Wheel Performance with Timken 515020 Axle Bearing and Hub Assembly by Adam Rogers

There are only two or three companies I would buy an item this important from, let alone it's a lot of work. I have over 150,000 original bearings for my Ford Excursion, so I expect the same or better results from Timken. The time will show. The fit was excellent, appeared to be well made (no bearings visible inside), comes with a yellow hub o-ring and new bolts. The temperature of the bearings was excellent (laser thermometer), the track is quiet (the old ones were noisy). I just did a road trip in 4K, so what else can I expect? Happy with the product. I would also advise Excursion/Superduty owners doing it themselves. get new u-joints and all other seals. If you are able to do so, you will thank me later for the suggestion. Outer axle seal, U-joints, inner hub seal (already supplied with O-ring). I also buy a hub grease fitting to put in the ABS sensor hole to lubricate the unit bearing later. An unknown fact: Ford has a needle bearing lubrication schedule of 60,000. This procedure requires the hub assembly bearing to be removed. Look at the diagram and you will see what I mean. I suppose a sequel will be in order in the future, no pun intended.
