Limited bristles on exterior care

I'm talking about blue. The bristles are not dense at all like the red ones. Also note that the blue one lacks the scratch-resistant rubber top. It had one when originally shipped, but it fell off very quickly. The red one has a rubber stopper, it is cast and cannot be removed. Red is another brand, it's not the one shown there, add it. I can no longer get the cap and the bristle spacing does not work.
